## What it is
- Category: AI Lead development and workflow implementation community.
- Promise: develop the judgment, method and operating skill to lead one consequential workflow from business need through redesign, controlled AI implementation, live adoption, measured results and operating handoff.
- Core idea: redesign the workflow before you automate it. A stop, pause or non-AI recommendation can be a successful result.
- No coding experience is required.

## Who it is for
- Internal AI Lead (the foundation path): employees, managers and owner-operators asked to help their organization adopt AI responsibly.
- AI Lead Consultant (advanced overlay): experienced consultants preparing to qualify, scope and guide client implementation while developing the client's internal Lead.

## How members learn
Short lessons plus a continuing fictional scenario at Northline Equipment. Members decide before seeing the teaching answer, respond to changed conditions and build an AI Implementation File (sections A–H: mandate and guardrails; judgment log; workflow selection and baseline; future-state design; human–AI responsibilities and controls; evaluation and release decision; pilot evidence; results, transfer and next decision).

## Participation modes
- Learning mode: fictional and sanitized materials; no company information required.
- Workplace Proof mode: authorized company or client work with a real Workflow Owner and approved tools.

Includes the eight-module learning path, both role perspectives, Northline exercises, AI Implementation File templates, AI Use Register and starter policy templates, consultant overlay missions, Implementation Lab, group clinics, community artifact review, resource and pattern library, events and replays, and course updates.
